Laura Cipres has a broad range of professional experience, including co-founding Premier Success Incorporated. She has over 22 years of business administration and customer service experience in construction and general home repair. She has assisted in helping develop confidence and increase communication skills through team collaboration with kids and adults.

Laura is a Certified Executive Coach by the Internal Practitioners and Coaches Association. She is also a certified HAFA Specialist and REO/Foreclosed Properties listing agent.

When not assisting her clients, Laura enjoys volunteering her time in many capacities. Her most rewarding is working as a mentor to at-risk youth. She also has a passion for travel and enjoys spending intentional time with her husband, John, and their family.
