Meet Your Hosts
John “JY” Yarrington, a licensed Real Estate Agent (License #: 02112069), is a proud resident of North Laguna for more than two decades and resides at 245 Wave St. You’ll often see him working out in his garage, riding his mountain bike or hanging with the neighbors while washing his vehicles. “Nothing screams community like alley life. Whether it’s a quick hello or a healthy chat, I always enjoy connecting with my fellow alley neighbors. I truly feel blessed to be surrounded by so many lovely folks.”
Once school teacher, now general contractor and broker, Joseph “Joe” Mueller, is a familiar face to many Southern California residents (License #: 01834157). When not remodeling or listing homes, you can find Joe spending time with his family outdoors, or mountain biking the beautiful trails of Orange County with friends and colleagues.
