Dennis Jans is a licensed agent, entering the field after a successful 47 year career in commercial banking with extensive experience in real estate and business finance. He specialized in term and construction lending for residential, multi-family, and commercial properties. As both a seasoned relationship manager and credit officer, he understands the many intricacies of managing and financing businesses.
He also brings many years of hands-on experience managing residential investments for private individuals. He now uses these combined experiences to grow the property management division at Inspired Realty. Dennis prides himself on learning the unique real estate needs of his clients and assisting them to achieve their current and long-term real estate investment plans.
Dennis and his wife Christina have four fantastic, grown children and four wonderful grandchildren. Dennis is active in volunteering with local Knights of Columbus Council, Habitat for Humanity and as a co-founder of local Laguna Niguel Conference of St. Vincent de Paul; helping those less fortunate in our community. Christina and Dennis enjoy their grandchildren’s many activities, as well as hiking, pickle-ball and traveling together.
